Customer has to submit the formal request to the Kabul electricity department, mentioning that construction works have started at the site, alongwith works completion date. The external site inspection is carrying out by assigned technical members from different sections of Electricity Dept; they give date as per time schedule to the customers for site inspection. They conduct site visits in the city on a rotation basis, and give a specific date that when they will be visiting the customer’s requested site.
