1 Submit application to Kabul Electricity Department and await external site inspection

Customer has to submit the formal request to the Kabul electricity department, mentioning that construction works have started at the site, along with works completion date. The Kabul electricity department advice their responsible staff member to go to the site and see the feasibility. If there is possibility then accordingly they give connection. That is the main purpose to register with the Kabul electricity Department.

The external site inspection is carrying out by assigned technical members from different sections of Electricity Dept; they give date as per time schedule to the customers for site inspection. They conduct site visits in the city on a rotation basis, and give a specific date that when they will be visiting the customer’s requested site. Normally, they complete the round within 15 days.
