A legal entity has to submit an application, certificate of state cadastre, tax code, bank account info, certificate of privatization of the land/area (in case of a land lease the agreement of the property owner), a notary certified authorization of the person acting on behalf of the legal entity. The utility issues technical conditions and an estimate for connection works. The technical conditions concern only the external connection. In general they may include instructions for construction of a new substation; lining of high-voltage and low-voltage cables; in a case of reconstruction works - participation of the subscriber in the given actions. While the technical conditions are being issued, the utility needs to coordinate the technical conditions with the applicant. After technical conditions are ready ENA prepares the electrical design of the external connection. The designs have to be approved by a number of government agencies.
