    In order to register the warehouse and obtain the package permit (TDG, SITU, HO), BuildCo must submit the following documents:

    c. Photocopy of the identity card of the applicant;
    d. Number of taxpayer registration (NPWP);
    e. Environmental Monitoring Plan and Environmental Management Plan (KL/UPL), approved by the local Environmental Agency;
    f. BuildCo business licenses;
    g. Recent photographs of the applicant (4x6cm);
    h. Photocopy of the Company Establishment Deed.
