6 Obtain Building Construction Permit (IMB) from the Manado one-stop shop (BP2T)


In order to obtain the Building Construction Permit, BuildCo must submit the following documents to the one-stop shop:

a. Advis Planning Permit;
b. Statement of land dispute;
c. Environmental Management Plan and Environmental Monitoring Plan, approved by local Environmental Agency;
d. Drawings;
e. Copy of identification card of the applicant.

The cost of this procedure is based on local regulation No. 8/2001 about building construction permit (article 19), implemented in 2001.

The registration is done by completing the Tax Object Notification Letter (SPOP) available in certain government offices. The SPOP must be signed by the taxpayer and submitted to Local Tax Office (Kantor Pajak Pratama, KPP) in the area where the warehouse is to be built, no later than 30 days after receipt of the SPOP. The following documents should be included:

a. The latest Payable Tax Notification Letter;
b. Copy of the land certificate;
c. Copy of the identity card of the land title holder or articles of association if the land is registered under a company name.
