1 Search for company name and and prepare articles of Incorporation

The applicant can search the name online or at the LBR helpdesk. The reservation cost of the name is LTL 4000 for and USD 20 for foreigners.

The applicant submits the application to the LBR office. LBR officers review the application and will request the TIN and BPS. MoF officers will issue the TIN and BPS. The application goes to the Bank officers.

* 3 Pay fees at the window of the Bank officers and obtain proof of payment

The applicatnt has to go to a different window to proceed to the payment. Upon payment of the fee, the Bank officer issues a proof of payment. This evidence of payment will have to be returned to the initial officer who accepted the application.

Consolidated application for a limited liability company contains:
1. Main consolidated form (RF – 001)
2. Additional parts:
(A) Empowered person
(B) Registered agent (no need if the same as applicant)
(E) Incorporator(s)
(F) Shares and shareholder(s)
(Q) Information for TAX authority
3. Attachments
(A) Evidence of fee payment
(B) Copy of ID document

4 Submit payment evidence and receive journalizing slip

Applicants submit the evidence of fee payment to the LBR office. The officer will journalize the dossier and issues the receipt slip (evidence that the dossier was accepted for processing) to applicant. The applicant can check online the status of the application and when it is approved. At the end of the process, a business registration certificate is issued. The amount of LTL 4,000.00 is charged for business registration and L$4,200.00 is charged for business license.
