Before the external connection works can start the client has to request an internal inspection of the warehouse at Certiel. The client has to show the certificate as proof to the utility.

The customer submits the application at the utility in person, by fax or letter and waits for the estimate. The location map of the warehouse needs to be attached to the application.

A representative from the utility will come to inspect the site of the warehouse.

4 Receive external connection works by EDP

The utility would do the design and the physical connection works.

5 Conclude supply contract and receive meter installation by EDP

The customer has to conclude a supply contract before meter installation. After the conclusion of the supply contract, the utility comes to install the meter and to do the final connection.
