Before the external connection works can start the client has to request an internal inspection of the warehouse at Certiel. The client has to show the certificate as proof to the utility.

The customer submits the application at the utility in person, by fax or letter and waits for the estimate. The location map of the warehouse needs to be attached to the application.

The utility would do the design and the physical connection works.
