The electrician of the customer has to submit a form that the installation is ready for testing ( has to be submitted before the final inspection) - Form C (Certificate) - to request internal wiring inspection. The Utility would do this inspection at the end of the connection process. Representatives of the utility will come to the warehouse to install the meter and to conduct an internal inspection and to energize the connection.
