Once the connection works have been finalized the customer has to go again to the utility and bring his ID, he also has to show proof of physical residence . The customer pays the meter.

6 Submit form to request internal wiring inspection, await meter installation, internal inspection and final connection by the utility

The electrician of the customer has to submit a form that the installation is ready for testing ( has to be submitted before the final inspection) - Form C (Certificate) - to request internal wiring inspection. The Utility would do this inspection at the end of the connection process. Representatives of the utility will come to the warehouse to install the meter and to conduct an internal inspection and to energize the connection.
